The hotel is in a charming location, surrounded by beautiful gardens and ponds, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with attentive and gracious staff, although there were some slight hiccups in fulfilling requests. The dining options were varied but could have been of a higher standard. Overall, a relaxing stay with some room for improvement in certain areas.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, surrounding a shallow fish pond with a charming old-fashioned Cambodian wood home vibe, were simply the best. The service was top-notch, with staff who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to easily explore. While the dining could have been better, the overall experience was fantastic.
